What a briefing covers

  • The watch model at the level this site describes it.
  • What an append‑only record holds, and what a reviewer receives.
  • The reviewer checklist, applied to your situation rather than ours.
  • An honest read on whether any of this is your problem yet.

What it does not cover

  • Architecture, tooling, or the text of anything operational.
  • Client names or engagement detail. There are none to give.
  • Anything that would let a reader rebuild the system from the conversation.
